A deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
Other ways to save:
- Save 5% by prepaying in full. Visa, MasterCard and American Express gladly accepted. U.S. residents may also pay via mail with check or money order.
- We gladly offer a 10% extended stay discount for guests booking 4 nights or more
- Guides, Outfitters and Tour Groups - ask us about group rates!
Reservations are not secure until deposit or prepayment is received.
Cancellations
If you cancel 2 weeks or more out from your reserved arrival date, you will refunded your deposit minus a $25 per room per night re-booking fee.Disclaimer
No deposits will be refunded for reservations canceled less that 2 weeks before scheduled arrival.
"No-Shows" will be charged in full.
Please note that our deposit and cancellations policies are necessary due to our extremely short season.Earth Bed & Breakfast & Tours and its agents will not be held responsible for the guarantees if conditions are beyond Agents and/or Company's control, such as acts of God, fire, earthquake, volcano, acts of public enemy, acts of government, strikes, lockouts or other matters involving organized labor. In the interest of your safety, all flights, activities and tours are subject to weather conditions. Earth Bed & Breakfast & Tours and its agents will not be held responsible for cancellations, re-scheduling or delays due to weather conditions.
